InLine Texture Measurement

RheaOnline was designed to equip industrial production lines, and provides a measurement solution for the viscoelastic properties of the material. The sensor continuously monitors the fabrication process, to insure traceability and industrial quality control. A dedicated service is proposed with the use of the RheaOnline.

Zero-contact with the product

Based on an acoustic technology, RheaOnline is easily set up on the production line pipes, and does not require any adaptation of the installations. Without contact, this device is particularly suited for the food and cosmetic industries that are subjected to strict hygiene standards. As it is non-destructive, it is entirely adapted to quality control for complex and fragile products (foams, emulsions, granular).

RheaOnline can monitor several changes in matter, as this single device can take measurements in fluids and in solids as well.
